UPDATE - Thursday, 31 January 2013

UQ has completed the audit of the UQ Union and is giving the Union the option of releasing the audit details.

UQ has stated that the University wishes to "address and resolve the recommendations of the audit with the Union, and to restore confidence in the independent Union's management and governance."

D4UQU believes that it is unacceptable that after such a long waiting period the reports release is being decided by those who are most severely implicated.

D4UQU calls on Fresh UQU President Rohan Watt to immediately release the results. Any prevention or delay of the release is grossly unfair on the thousands of UQ students that care about a transparent and accountable representative student body.

  • There will not be an open mic at the Wednesday Referendum March.
